The Payroll & Benefits Office pays Faculty, Staff and Student Employees on a semi-monthly payroll schedule of the 10th and 25th of each month.

We administer benefits and retirement to all eligible employees, as well as providing benefits orientations for new/newly eligible employees.

W-2 Wage and Tax Statement

Online W-2 - Select electronic W-2 now for the fastest access to your 2013 W-2. 

If you did not elect to receive your W-2 electronically it was mailed to your Mailing Address on January 30th, 2014.  If your mailing address is inaccurate, please update it on my.evergreeen and elect to get your W-2 electronically.  You will then be able to print your own copy of the W-2.

(Former employees and graduates who no longer have access to my.evergreen will receive a paper W-2 in the mail.  Please contact payroll by email if your address has changed since leaving Evergreen.)
