Evergreen Welcomes AmeriCorps Alumni

As an AmeriCorps member, you devoted yourself to serving others.  At Evergreen, you can take the next step in your public service journey by earning a Master in Teaching, Master of Public Administration or Master of Environmental Studies.

Master in Teaching

MiT AmeriCorps Education Award

Designed for AmeriCorps volunteers who have received the full education award. The award generally offers a student the equivalent of one quarter of resident tuition. Candidates may apply both years in the MiT program. See the MiT Financial Aid page.

Master of Public Administration

MPA AmeriCorps Education Award

The MPA program offers AmeriCorps alumni who have completed a year of service an award of up to one quarter of full-time resident tuition. Students may receive an award once a year for a maximum of two years. See the MPA Financial Aid page.

Master of Environmental Studies

MES AmeriCorps Service Award

All AmeriCorps alumni who completed a term of service will receive a tuition waiver of $500 (for each full-time term of service) or $250 (for each term of less than full-time). Students may receive this award once a year for a maximum of two years. Applications and proof of service are required. Applications will be available on the MES Financial Aid page in Spring 2013.
