Jennifer Schooler took over the women's basketball program in March 2014 after serving as assistant coach for four seasons.  She replaced Monica Heuer, who stepped down after 13 years to become a full-time administrator for the Geoducks.

Schooler is on her second stint with Evergreen, having served as assistant coach during the 2004-05 season before returning for the 2011-12 season.  From 2008 to 2011, she was the head coach at Edmonds Community College.  She was named NWAAC North Coach of the Year in 2009-10 after leading the Tritons to the NWAAC tournament. She started her coaching career in 2003-04 as head girl's basketball coach at Deer Park High School.

A 2002 graduate from University of Idaho, Schooler played basketball for the Vandals, ranking fifth on the all-time assists standings.  Prior to her time at Idaho, she starred at Wenatchee Valley Community College, earning First-Team All-Conference honors.  A 1998 graduate of Wenatchee High School, she was recently inducted into the WHS Panther Hall of Fame.
