Geoducks Volleyball Swept By Eastern Oregon

Still searching for a conference win the Evergreen volleyball team was on the road at Oregon Tech where it was swept off the court by the Owls in three games.

Evergreen looked threatening in the first game as they lead the Owls 22-15. But as has been the case all season long, the Geoducks were unable to hold on to the lead as Oregon Tech pulled to a tie at 26-26 and went on to win 30-28.

Game two saw the Geoducks (1-12, 0-8) hang tough as they led 18-15 before the Owls scored 15 of the last 17 points for a 30-20 victory.

But game three was all Oregon Tech. Freshman Michelle Klaja, who didn't play in game one, ended the match with a .444 attack percentage (5-of-9/1 error) to lead all players. Elyse Johnston had 12 digs for Evergreen while Jen Cueto led Tech with nine
