Individual study approvals deadline for undergraduate contracts, Spring 2017.

April 7, 2017 Spring 2017 Tuition Due Date

Final day to drop classes for 100% refund.
April 8, 2017 Registration office open for Reservation-Based, Grays Harbor, and Evening Weekend registration
April 19, 2017 Undergraduate Commencement Speaker Auditions

Auditions for undergraduate students who are graduating in the 2016 – 17 academic year (fall 2016 through summer 2017) and want to be considered for undergraduate speaker at Commencement.
May 3, 2017 Spring 2017 Last Day for 50% Refund

You must drop by this day to be eligible for a 50% tuition refund for Spring Quarter 2017.
 
May 8, 2017 to May 17, 2017 Fall 2017 Early Freshman Registration

Incoming freshmen can register at my.evergreen.edu for Fall 2017 16-credit programs during this period. Registration for freshmen for all offerings re-opens May 25.
May 17, 2017 Transfer Day

If you are a new transfer student joining us this fall please consider attending Transfer Day on Wednesday, May 17, 2017.  This is an excellent opportunity to prepare for registration, learn about academic life, and connect with campus services designed to support you in your success at Evergreen.

Before registration, faculty gather in a common space to answer your questions and distribute materials for their upcoming program or course for Summer 2017 and Fall 2017.
May 18, 2017 Annual Academic Statement Deadline

Annual Academic Statement submission window ends.
May 22, 2017 to September 22, 2017 Fall 2017 Open Registration
  • Seniors: Monday, May 22 (also: Tacoma, Tribal, and graduate students)
  • Juniors: Tuesday, May 23
  • Sophomores: Wednesday, May 24
  • Freshmen: Thursday, May 25 — Incoming freshmen can also register for 16-credit programs May 8-17.

May 22, 2017 to June 23, 2017 Summer 2017 Open Registration

Non-enrolled (special) students may register beginning Tuesday May 30.

Students using Evergreen employee tuition waivers must register in person beginning July 3. Since summer is self-sustaining, there are no tuition waivers in summer for students that are Washington state employees, 60+, or National Guard.
