College life is stressful, and self-care methods can help us cope with the anxiety and depression that stress can cause. In this workshop, we’ll explore methods of self-care, and discuss ways to make self-care more accessible to students. Participants will have an opportunity to identify their own stressors and define where they are in their own self-care practice.
