Guest Services is the primary point of contact for conference guests staying in Evergreen Residence Halls. Due to the large amount of guests on campus and their varying schedules, the Guest Services staff cannot deliver messages.  We will make every effort to locate a guest in case of an emergency.

Mail and packages for your group can be picked up either at the Conference Services office on the second floor of the College Activities Building or at the Guest Services office, depending on your preference. Priority mail will be delivered directly to the intended recipient.

The College has limited storage space available. Please discuss shipping and storage needs with the Conference staff prior to shipment. Some receiving or storage services could require a service charge. Please inform Conference Services at the time of shipment so that we can verify delivery.
