Summer Guest Services

Guest Services Staff

The Guest Services staff are able to meet any needs that arise for your group and will go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable and productive as possible. The Guest Services office is your number one source of information and help during your stay.

The Guest Services staff will:

  • Greet guests as they arrive
  • Issue room keys
  • Sell parking permits
  • Check-out alarm clocks, desk lamps, and irons
  • Provide information about Evergreen and Olympia
  • Help with any Housing problems that may arise
  • Be available around the clock during your stay to provide any necessary assistance

The Guest Services office, centrally located in the "A" building of the residence halls and is staffed 24 hours a day when groups are in residence.  You can reach the office at (360) 867-6199.

Check-In and Registration

Housing check-in is coordinated through the Guest Services office. Our standard check-in time begins at 3:00pm though this time is variable depending upon the needs of your conference.  Please check with your conference coordinator or event organizer to determine when you may check-in to your assigned housing unit.

When checking in, each person who stays in College housing will be required to complete a registration card.

Carts for carrying baggage to and from the F parking lot, and area maps and bus schedules are available at the Guest Services office.

Check-Out

Before leaving campus, don't forget to check-out of your housing unit.  Please return the room key to the Guest Services office.  Our staff will be available to answer any final questions guests may have.  Check-out must be completed by 11:00am on the morning of departure unless your event organizer has made other arrangements.

Early Arrivals & Extended Stays

Participants who want to arrive before your program begins or extend their stay after your conference has ended may be accommodated on a space available basis. We require advance notice of at least two weeks to coordinate early arrival and extended stay requests.

If participants have not made arrangements for an extended stay and are not checked out of the residence halls by 11:00am, your conference program will incur a financial penalty.

Linen Service

Full bed linen service for groups includes: sheets, pillow, pillowcase, blanket and towels. Participants make their own beds.  Linen service may not have been ordered for your group.  Please check with your coordinator to determine if linens will be provided in your room so you may pack accordingly.

Lamps, irons, and alarm clocks (we can not provide wake-up service) are available for checkout through the Guest Services office.

Quiet Hours

All resident guests are expected to be considerate of their neighbors at all times. To provide everyone with a comfortable and relaxing environment, we ask all groups to keep noise to a minimum from 10:00pm-7:00am while near the residence halls.
