The Daniel J. Evans Library is a vital center of teaching, learning and community. It provides instruction in the use of materials and media equipment, houses unique collections and continually seeks new and innovative ways to provide information to meet the ever-changing research and academic needs of the entire community.

Dues-paying members sponsor an annual 5-K run and periodic book sales. Proceeds ensure an ever-growing collection of library materials in varying media.
This technology rich room allows real time interactions between faculty, students in the room, and others in areas where instruction is also provided–from Tacoma to several Reservation-based programs. Papers can be critiqued simultaneously from various sources, images displayed for group analysis. This allows for both small group interaction and faculty-guided instruction.
