Shinrin Yoku available Wednesdays from 3-4 pm. Meet in front of the Library and join us for the practice of Shinrin Yoku or "taking in the forest". Getting out and experiencing nature decreases stress and increases your ability to concentrate and learn new things!
The Student Health Center provides basic health services to our students. We emphasize education with our students and help coordinate care when community referrals are necessary.

The Counseling Center provides consultation, evaluation, and counseling services for students dealing with issues impacting their well being.
