Residential and Dining Services relies on Resident Assistants to be the eyes and ears of resident safety and community well-being.  Resident Assistants are charged with a lot of responsibility to respond to crises and emergencies, address potential policy violations, and communicate resident and community concerns.   However, the ProStaff and your fellow Resident Assistants are here to support you in every regard.  Over the next year, you will gain confidence, learn how to make sound decisions under pressure, and be prepared to handle anything that comes your way.  Refer back to this section frequently, as it includes duty on-call procedures and crises response procedures and important resources.
