Communication between the RAs, ResLife Pro-Staff and other departments of RAD is vital to ensuring resident satisfaction and timely responses to resident concerns, needs or situations.  We have several channels for communicating between the various segments of RAD, including online reporting databases and individual meetings with your supervisor.  This section will explain proper communication procedures and expectations.
