6.3 Residential Facilities

--> Reporting Facility Issues

There are multiple ways to report issues to facilities, such as broken :

  1. Call Residential Maintenance at (360) 867-6764 or report to the Mod Shop on weekdays from 9 - 5 p.m.
  2. For an emergency after 5 p.m., weekends or holidays: Contact an on-duty RM through Police Services
  3. Submit A Work Order: Work Orders should be logged for any problem that may require an extensive amount of work or is not emergency in nature (i.e. can wait until the next business day)

Protip: Teach your residents how to file their own work orders to make your life easier.

When filling out workorders, please be sure to include as much information as possible including specific issue and location, name of resident and return number if possible.

Facility Emergencies

In case of an overflow toilet, sink or tub, please contact the facilities shop at 867-6764 or or the on-duty RM (through Police Services) and attempt to shut the water off until they can arrive.

In case of special circumstance or extreme conditions (bedbugs, fires, alien invasion, etc.) please contact the RD on duty and they will help you get a hold of a professional or nighttime support staff who can assist you with your issue.
