Jon Davies has been an educator for 29 years. He was a high school English teacher for 11 years in Encinitas, California, and has been a faculty member in teacher education programs for the past 18 years. He is a National Writing Project teacher consultant and former director of the Upper Peninsula Writing Project in Marquette, Michigan. He is available to offer professional development for teachers in the areas of writing processes, reading and writing across the curriculum, portfolio development and assessment, and storytelling.
Lester Krupp taught high school English in the Yelm Community Schools for 33 years. He is a National Writing Project teacher-consultant, and former director of the Evergreen Writing Project. He was involved in many departmental, school-wide, and district projects over the years, including curriculum reform, programs for at-risk students, small schools, and writing across the curriculum.
