Media Loan circulates audio/video and photographic equipment to Evergreen students, faculty and staff. We also schedule and check out keys for media facilities on campus as well as providing AV key access to the AV classrooms in the Lecture Halls, Library and Seminar Buildings. Media Loan is located on the second floor of the Library Building, L2504.
ATTENTION! Media Loan is CLOSED Spring Break. Late Fines still accrue, so return your equipment before 4 PM, Friday the 19th! See our policies for more info. Checkouts during Eval Week are for eval purposes only!
NOTICE! Media Loan's Late Fine Policy has changed!
Media Loan assesses LATE FINES for equipment checkouts that are overdue!
To avoid incurring late fines, return or renew equipment
before the date and time noted on your checkout receipt.
Late Fines assessed DAILY, PER ITEM:
Equipment valued over $250 — $20.00 per day
Equipment valued under $250 — $10.00 per day
Keys and all equipment accessories valued over $50 — $10.00 per day
Equipment accessories valued under $50 — $5.00 per day
Late fines apply during weekends, holidays and academic breaks.
