Visitor Guest Pass Request
GUEST SPEAKERS & CAMPUS EVENTS
If you are a faculty member inviting a guest speaker to your academic program or a staff member inviting a business guest to your office, or you are holding an event in which you expect several guests, Parking Services can help. Here are some of the services we provide to make guest parking a smooth and worry-free process:
PLACING A GUEST PASS REQUEST:
If you are able to provide your guests' email addresses, Parking will send them a voucher to trade for a parking pass at the Parking Booth at the main entrance to campus.
Academic Program Requests (For Faculty Only):
Faculty members, please ask your academic guests to identify themselves and provide the name of the faculty member and academic program to which they are presenting to the Parking Booth Attendant when they arrive on campus. The pass will be charged to the appropriate academic budget at the end of the month.
For All Requests:
It is essential that the faculty member or administrative budget-authorizer for the requesting work unit complete a guest-parking request form at least 2 days in advance, completing the form with the following information:
- Your name and contact number at the top of the on-line form.
- The date, location & time of the event.
- Names of the guests you are expecting. Or, you can request we set up a tally for an event by providing your request for a tally and the number of people you are expecting to attend in the special accommodations field.
- The appropriate org. (budget) # to which we should bill the parking passes.
After submitting the on-line form, to Parking Services, you should receive an auto-confirmation and then you'll be cc'd on the emails we send to your guests with the voucher attachment, for your records.
If you've requested a tally we will not have the opportunity to email parking instructions to your guests. We will need you to kindly advise your guest(s) to stop at the Parking Booth at the main entrance to campus before parking, to identify themselves or the event they are with and pick up their complimentary passes. We must have your guest-parking request at least 2 or more days in advance so that we are able get a copy of the event tally request to the booth in plenty of time.

Remember, guest passes are not valid in timed areas, registered carpool spaces, or reserved lots.
