Clery Report: Police Log Information
A daily crime log is available for review 24 hours a day at Evergreen PD in Seminar 1, 2150, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The information in the crime log typically includes the case number, classification, date reported, date occurred, time occurred, general location, and disposition of each crime. Evergreen police make the crime log for the most recent 60 day period open to public inspection during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, except holidays. Any portion of the log beyond 60 days, if not immediately available, will be made accessible within two business days of a request for public inspection.
Depending on the particular circumstance of the crime, especially in all situations that could pose an immediate threat to the community and individuals, Police Services may initiate a campus-wide electronic alert (known as e2Campus), text emergency messages to your cell phones or post a notice on the campus-wide email system, providing the college community with more immediate notification. In such instances, a copy of the notice can be posted in each residence hall and placed in other conspicuous places. Anyone with information warranting a timely warning should report the circumstances to Police Services, by phone at (360) 867-6140 or in person at the Evergreen PD Office at Seminar I Building, 2731 McCann Plaza NW, Olympia, WA 98505, or by contacting CAPCOM dispatch at 911.
