Offered to a new or currently enrolled student attending at least half time. The applicant must be either an undocumented immigrant or a United States resident whose first language is not English. The applicant must demonstrate financial need.

• Letter of application addressing your qualifications and why you wish to be considered for the scholarship. Include a statement related to your financial need.
• Two letters of recommendation supporting your application.
• FAFSA or WAFSA (see How to Apply #4).
