Important Information: this is a tuition award. Tuition Awards listed are a waiver of a student’s tuition. A recipient of a tuition award cannot receive funding in excess of the cost of full-time undergraduate tuition. In addition, a recipient of a tuition award cannot use the funding for any of the study abroad consortium agreements.

Offered to TRiO-eligible students (first in their family to pursue a bachelor’s, low income and/or have a documented disability) who will be new or currently enrolled in Evergreen’s TRiO Student Success program, who have previously been affiliated with TRiO (i.e. Upward Bound, Talent Search, TRiO SSS at another institution), and/or who have taken one of Evergreen’s TRiO classes.  Applicants must join the TRiO Student Success program if awarded.  Preference will be given to applicants with financial need.

Submit the following:   

• A letter of application describing how your involvement with TRiO has impacted your academic performance, self-confidence, philosophy of service to others and how your life choices demonstrate your commitment to service.
