Yoga Symphony Workshop Series (Yoga Workshop Pt. 1: Align Yo Asana)

This 3-part workshop series blends together in a party of rhythms like sutras. We will first begin with our physical foundation, learning how to align it with little tricks and cues. Part of aligning our bodies is knowing how to access its remarkable power through the use of bandhas. After understanding the inner and outer aspects of alignment, you will then learn how to move smoothly with grace and control, slowing down the movements and drawing courage from the core to assert the rest of the body in its actions. Developing all of this thoroughly requires a committed dedication to practicing regularly, which is why you will learn how to integrate this work into your daily routine at home and everywhere you go.
