First Peoples Multicultural Scholars Program
The Multicultural Scholars Program, is an intensive pre-orientation program designed to strengthen the success of incoming students of color and LGBTQ+ students. Students will build a foundation for college preparedness grounded in culture, identity, and social justice. Through interactive and experiential learning students will delve into unlearning and reforming their notions of themselves, their peers, and the world, while getting to know Evergreen and the wider Olympia area. Together with the staff of First People Multicultural, Trans and Queer Student Services students will build community and connections that can help foster a positive start to their college career.
