Taught by
Writing Beyond the Basics will provide students with an opportunity to hone their writing skills in an array of areas. Session A will focus on different types of writing suitable for different academic and professional contexts (the persuasive essay, the explanatory essay, the research paper including citation format, etc.). Session B will focus on creative writing. Students can sign up for Session A, Session B, or both sessions.
Our work will be conducted remotely, using Canvas and Zoom. The faculty will offer alternative assignments if conditions or illness prevent students from accessing our synchronous meetings.
