Reserve Your Room

We continue to make adjustments to housing plans based on Evergreen's COVID-19 response.

When to reserve your room

2021-2022:

  • Academic Year 2021-2022 applications (fall 2021 move in) will open on April 30, 2021
  • June 15, 2021 is the Academic Year 2021-2022 housing priority deadline

2020-2021:

We are no longer accepting applications for Winter 2021.

The application for Spring 2021 is now open for a housing agreement term (similar to a lease) from Friday March 26, 2021 through June 9, 2021. Apply by Sunday, March 21, 2021 to meet our priority deadline.

All assignments will be in apartment style housing. You will have your own locking bedroom, and share a bathroom, kitchen, and living room with up to three other students.

Rent for spring term is $2,125. You must also choose a meal plan later in this application, which is billled in addition to rent for each term.

Due to COVID-19 protocols most new residents will move in to a temporary two week quarantine space.

Applicants who are able to move in on time will check in by appointment on Friday, March 26, 2021. If you can not move in on time, you may check in on Wednesday, March 31, 2021 or Wednesday, April 7, 2021 by appointment. Due to COVID-19 restrictions and quarantine management, the above dates are the only dates people may move in spring 2021.

Each move in day, new residents moving in may move into a temporary apartment together in order to match quarantine start and end dates. Roommate matching criteria such as gender identity, cleanliness, and noise levels may not be used in temporary assignments. After two weeks, new residents will move into their permanent apartment based on roommate matching criteria.
