International Student Orientation Events

The early International Student Orientation begins on Friday, Sep 20, due to long flights to get here and get settled.  Here is a brief schedule to assist you.

Fri, Sept 20

Airport arrivals, pick-up, and early dorm check-ins.

Sat, Sept 21

Optional Shopping Day, to help get settled in your dorm room or apartment.

Meet at 10:00 AM in Seminar 2 Building, A-2105 to get started.

Bring your passport, bus money, and your address information.

Sun, Sept 22:

Optional Tour of Olympia, to help learn your way around downtown.

Meet 10:30 AM at the Main Bus Circle near Red Square to join in.

Bring your passport and bus money.

Monday, Sept 23:

Required International Student Orientation for all students.

Meet at 9:00 AM in Seminar 2 Building, B-1107.

Bring your passport, I-20/DS-2019, address information, phone numbers, and immunization form, if you have it.

Tue, Sept 24 –

Sun, Sept 29:

Sep 24-29 is the beginning of the regular orientation days for all students, including you. 

US students will start arriving on campus on Tuesday, the 24th.
