MPA-Sponsored Aid Application

This application is for MPA-sponsored aid, which includes scholarships, work-study and merit-based aid. For any aid sponsored by the MPA program, you must submit this application online by Monday, April 5, 2021 at 11:59 pm. Each type of aid has its own submission criteria; read the award pages to see what you’ll need to complete your application.

MPA applicants may apply for MPA-sponsored aid awards, but awards will not be finalized until applicants have been admitted to the program.

Federal and private loans, partial tuition waivers, and the need grants are awarded by the Financial Aid Office. Please contact the Financial Aid office at finaid@evergreen.edu or 360-867-6205 for additional information.

Submit 100 word essay that addresses how you have demonstrated your commitment to community service, and explain how AmeriCorps impacted your desired to attend graduate school.

Submit an essay of 250 words or less describing your record of academic and professional work in the field of sustainability, as well as how your current and intended course of study and future goals will serve the field of sustainability. In addition, the following two additional required materials need to be sent to MPA Program Assistant Dhara Katz via email at dhara.katz@evergreen.edu a current resume and a letter of recommendation supporting your application. Your recommender should email or mail this directly to Dhara.
