Join President George S. Bridges, scholarship recipients, donors, alumni, friends, family, faculty and staff for brunch to celebrate and recognize those who have received scholarships, as well as the many donors, alumni and friends who make scholarships accessible to students.
We'll also present the Joseph Albert Dear Distinguished Alumni Award to Nate Gibbs-Bowling ‘04 MiT. Nate is the 2016 Washington State Teacher of the Year and was a finalist for the national award. He’s been recognized for the inspiring work he does in the classroom as well as the work he does to further conversations about race and poverty in public education.

Aya Kondo
Class of 2018
Evergreen senior studying biochemistry and genetics.
Aya plans to pursue medical school after graduating in the spring, and hope to make positive contributions to women’s health.

Jonny Padilla deBorst
Class of 2017
Evergreen senior studying ecology and economics.
Jonny is committed to social justice and plans to use his education to assist those living in third world countries.
