Visitor Guest Pass Request
If you’re inviting a guest or you are holding an event in which you expect several guests, we can help make parking a smooth and worry-free process.
Only Work Unit Budget Authorizers May Place Guest Pass Requests, Org Number & Fund Number Required
If you are the budget-authorizer, please provide your guests’ email addresses in the appropriate request form (see link below) and Parking Services will send them a voucher to trade for a parking pass at the Parking & Information Booth, located at the main entrance to campus.
Guests must trade the voucher at the Parking Booth for a parking pass (or show it to the Booth Attendant on their smart phone or tablet) and display the parking pass face up on their vehicle's dashboard when they park. Please be sure it can be clearly seen from outside the car, and please be sure to park in regular unrestricted parking spaces within the parking lots.
For All Requests, Org # and Fund # Required
The faculty member or the budget-authorizer for the requesting work unit must complete our online guest-parking request form at least 2 days in advance of your guests' visit. After submitting the form, you’ll receive a confirmation and then you’ll be CC’d on the emails we send to your guests with their voucher attachment, for your records. You must provide the correct budget number and fund number that will pay for your guest's parking pass.
If you’ve requested a tally instead of a specific name, we will not have the opportunity to email parking instructions to your guests. You’ll need to advise your guests to stop at the Parking Booth located at the main entrance to campus before parking, to identify themselves or the event they are with and pick up their complimentary pass(es). Guests must place their complimentary parking passes face up on their vehicles' dashboards so that they can be clearly seen from outside their vehicle.
We must have your guest-parking request at least 2 or more days in advance so that we can give a copy of the event tally request to the Parking Booth in plenty of time before your event.

Guest passes are not valid in timed areas, registered carpool spaces, or reserved lots.
