This scholarship was established to honor the life of Steven Gibson, his creative and retentive mind, forceful character and loving personality. Offered to a currently enrolled student who has completed at least one quarter at Evergreen and plans to attend full time. The applicant must demonstrate financial need.

Requirements

• A one-page letter of application addressing your reasons for attending Evergreen and expectations and goals for providing service to other people. Include a statement related to your financial need.
• Three letters of recommendation written within the past year from individuals, other than relatives, who are familiar with your background.
• FAFSA or WASFA (see How to Apply #4).
