Important Information: this is a tuition award. Tuition Awards listed are a waiver of a student’s tuition. A recipient of a tuition award cannot receive funding in excess of the cost of full-time undergraduate tuition. In addition, a recipient of a tuition award cannot use the funding for any of the study abroad consortium agreements.
Offered to new freshman entering Evergreen Fall Quarter as full-time undergraduate students who are graduating from a Washington state high school, have been home schooled in Washington state or earned their GED in 2017. Awards are offered to students who have distinguished themselves in a wide range of areas, e.g., academic achievement, community service, music, art, journalism, science.
Requirements:
- Letter of application explaining your achievements and why you wish to be considered for this award.
- Unofficial high school transcripts
- Two letters of recommendation written in the past year from individuals, other than relatives, who are familiar with your achievements.
