Certificate Enrollment Process

Academic Certificates

Enrolling in credit-based programs

1. Complete the Online Enrollment Form

Evergreen does not require a full application for most academic certificates. Interested students should declare an intent to earn a certificate on the enrollment form. The Geographic Information Systems Graduate Certificate requires admission to the Master of Environmental Studies or Master of Public Administration programs before enrolling in the certificate.

Enrollment begins in May for certificate programs starting in the Fall Quarter. All students, including current Evergreen students, must complete this form no later than 2nd Friday of the last quarter of the certificate.
