Rec Classes are Returning to the CRC!

Come drop-in for Yoga with Instructor Kelly Marie Dawson Thursdays during the CRC's lunch hours (11 AM to 1 PM). The class starts at 11:15 AM and is 90-minutes long.

The yoga class combines yoga asanas (physical postures), pranayama (breath control), and guided meditation to provide a holistic approach to stress relief and self-discovery. Each session is designed to accommodate all levels, ensuring accessibility for beginners while offering depth for more experienced participants. Themes such as mindfulness, resilience, and grounding are woven into the practice, fostering personal growth and community well-being.

About Kelly Marie Dawson:
Kelly Marie believes the breath, self-study, and the power of yoga can have a powerful impact on one’s journey. Her dedication over the last ten years has inspired and assisted her students to find more calm and balance on and off the mat. Kelly Marie enjoys choreographing and designing classes that promote overall health and wellness for her students. She has attention to detail, time management, and outstanding listening skills. She can modify courses for all levels and has mastered many styles of yoga. She is a certified 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher specializing in breathwork, meditation, yoga nidra, yin, gentle, restorative, vinyasa, and alignment-based practices.
