This four-credit course on Board Governance and Leadership is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the principles, practices, and challenges associated with effective governance within organizational structures. The course places a specific emphasis on board leadership and its role in guiding and overseeing the strategic direction of various types of entities, including non-profit organizations and government agencies.
Board Governance and Leadership will meet remotely on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings and there will be a self-directed component.
