Today's organizational leaders face a myriad of complexities—ranging from technological advancements and globalization to shifting political climates, legal frameworks, and generational differences. This course emphasizes critical thinking, reflection, and collaboration through a variety of engaging learning activities. Students will participate in individual and group assessments, case studies, discussions, and seminars, culminating in a final research paper and presentation.
Conducted entirely online, this course features live class meetings via Zoom on Saturdays, complemented by interactive learning activities through the Canvas platform.
