This course introduces students to the fundamentals of motion graphics using Adobe After Effects. Designed for those with a basic familiarity with digital media, the course covers essential techniques for animating digital assets, incorporating masks and mattes, keying footage, and working with text. By the end of the course, students will have developed a solid foundation in After Effects and will be able to create quality motion graphics for a range of media applications.
This is the third of three courses comprising the Video Editing certificate at Evergreen. It is recommended that certificate courses are taken in sequence.
