This course will explores the differences between management and leadership and how one can lead from the "middle." Interpersonal communication, delegation, coaching, and change management will be discussed.
This course is offered through Complete Online Learning and includes both synchronous (scheduled) and asynchronous instruction using the Canvas Learning Management System and Zoom.
