Web Assistance Request

Resources for Content Owners

Staff who have successfully completed training through Canvas can update their site's content.

Go to your Workbench to see all your site's content. (An easy way is to go to evergreen.edu/user, login to CAS, and then navigate to the page you want to edit. Click “New Draft” and save when you're done.)

Requests sent in via this form go into our ticketing system. You will be contacted by a member of the Web Team within two business days, to let you know when the work might be completed or to ask for additional information.

If you are requesting editing access for yourself or someone in your office, please use the Editor Request Form.

This is the title of your ticket and subject line in emails. Please do not write “web site,” “update site,” etc. We work on a lot of sites, so be ridiculously clear what this is about.
Please include a valid link to the page that you need assistance with.

In order to attach files, you must log in. Use these fields if you have files that go with your request, such as screenshots or text. If your files are larger than the upload limit or if you have more than three files, please make a note in the comment field. Please wait to email files until you have been contacted by a member of the web team.
You only need to include this if there's a specific date when the work MUST be done. Usually, that means there's something going in the mail.
