This upper-level business, management, entrepreneurship program is designed for students who have an interest in advanced creative work that have grown out of a previous entrepreneurship program (e.g., Business to Transform Society, Business for Responsible Futures, or the Changemaker Lab) or management program (e,g, Building a Culture that Grows with the Business), or equivalent studies. Leveraging emerging tech (artificial intelligence, machine learning, data analytics, etc.), students apply innovation frameworks and ethical principles to design innovative solutions to address a wicked problem our world is facing, and validate the product or solution prototype, and develop scalable business model.
Plan to spend about half your time on creative individual work including user research, interviewing, design of data, and validating problem solution fit, and half your time on preparing presentations and group discussion. Evaluations will be based on class presentations and a final product prototype.
This program will be conducted in collaboration with the Business for Responsible Futures program, which meets on Monday evening remotely, and a student may not earn credits from both programs simultaneously.'
Credit equivalencies will be determined based on student projects.
