I am currently a faculty member in the Nonprofit Administration Certificate program at Evergreen State College. With over 25 years of leadership experience, I have led initiatives that enhance educational opportunities and provide strategic visioning to nonprofit organizations. My leadership roles include serving at the Edmond Public Schools Foundation, Rebuilding Together, the Oklahoma Center for Nonprofits, and as faculty or lecturer at Oklahoma State University, the University of Washington, and the University of Oklahoma. 

My graduate research influenced public policy, culminating in the passage of the Oklahoma Charitable Solicitations Act in 2010. 

I regularly present at conferences on topics such as nonprofit governance, grant writing, and corporate social responsibility, including sessions on employee engagement and board service. My graduate research influenced the 2010 Oklahoma Charitable Solicitations Act, showcasing the impact of applied research on public policy.
