Your costs and eligibility for aid depend on a variety of factors, such as the type of certificate you'll enroll in and how many credits you'll take.
Certificate Cost of Attendance
Find Your Costs Per Credit
To calculate the cost of a certificate, determine your Washington state resident status and the number of credits you intend to earn per quarter. Washington state residents pay less per credit than residents of other states. Visit Registration and Records for information about establishing or documenting residency.
Visit the Tuition and Fees page for current tuition rates and deadlines.
Fees
After completing the Certificate Enrollment Form, you'll be prompted to pay a non-refundable enrollment fee. The amount you'll pay depends on your enrollment status at Evergreen.
- $30 for admitted, degree-seeking students
- $60 for non degree-seeking students
Academic Certificates
A valuable investment in your future
Academic Certificates earn academic credits like any other degree program at Evergreen. Courses you take on the way to earning an academic certificate are subject to undergraduate tuition rates. Graduate level certificates will incur graduate level costs. Costs will depend on your student status and the number of enrolled courses.
Professional Certificates
The next step in your career
Professional Certificates earn Continuing Education Credits and are made up of courses not offered as a part of regular Evergreen curriculum. These programs have different costs and fees associated with them because they are in partnership with external agencies.
