Work at the SSC
We are committed to creating a safe, welcoming and supportive environment for students of diverse abilities and identities in their exploration of the laboratory and field sciences.
We are committed to furthering equity and inclusion work in the sciences. Enthusiasm to learn is more important than a science background on our team. Students can help with:
- Inventorying and organizing equipment
- Cleaning glassware
- Helping teammates prepare lab requests for programs and student projects
- Assisting people at the front desk
We are looking for reliable students who can work in a team setting and are comfortable with customer service in a face-paced environment. We strongly encourage persons of all races, ethnicities, faiths, sexual orientations, gender identities, physical and mental abilities, women, veterans and persons over forty years of age to apply. Work study students welcome.
